The kidnapper

Meet the kidnapper. This is the only image police could find, which was taken off CCTV approximately five hours before he kidnapped Millie. He left no trace of his crime and nobody knows who he is or where he went. He is the only thing keeping Millie alive, and nobody can contact him. His motives are unknown, and he won't come forward until he gets what he needs.
